Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she was just 16 years old, and she stopped her gymnastics. After a year, she received her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started to compete at fitness shows after giving up the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. She earned her Pro Card within a year and was 17. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel was able to take six years off the stage in order to complete her education at college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and picked up the point where she had left participating in some of the most prestigious contests like that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest lasted for several years after her first appearance and set herself new goals every year. She was awarded four more fitness titles by the end of 2009. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) by winning at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could finish her college degree. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The show was a success and she finished third. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage a month later, and came home with 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to have placed 6th in the Fitness Division despite having zero expectations. Ariel competed against the best of top athletes. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel enjoys working out on the lower part of her back. The workouts she does to strengthen her back include bent-over rows on the machine using single-arm lat pull-downs. In the beginning, she is warm before moving on to her working sets. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings to all her back exercises. It involves three or 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
